Leader's Circle Development Program
Running a business or leading a charity can be both rewarding and demanding. That’s why we’re inviting you to take part in the SME Leaders Circle, starting in May. This unique programme provides a valuable space to step back from the day-to-day, focus on your own wellbeing, and grow as a leader.
Over the course of 6 sessions (2 hours each, spread over 6 weeks), meeting at Radius in Crewe Wednesday 1-3pm. you’ll explore key themes that support effective and resilient leadership, including:
- Leadership Wellbeing & Mental Health
- People & Culture
- Navigating Change
- Peer Accountability & Resilience
- Diversity & Inclusion in SMEs
- Life Balance & Boundaries
The investment is just £300 + VAT for the full programme if you are a chamber member or £350 + VAT if you’re not.
